    Ordered two pizzas recently and both were completely unedible. The dough was raw in parts and both pizzas were undercooked and very soggy. All the cheese and toppings were falling off.I called the branch to complain and the member of staff was very rude and offered no help other than to say I should contact customer services on the website. No apology and no offer of new pizzas.Stay away from this place.

    Ordered pizza and garlic bread, garlic bread absolutely stunk of urine, I am unsure if the restaurant used chemicals on their pans etc and I called to complain as this order was nearly ÂŁ worth. The driver answered the phone and was so rude, I was then passed into someone else who was not much more help. As I was the only one who had complained my complaint was not valid. Food has gone straight in the bin. Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from here! I have emailed Pizza Hut directly to ask for their hygiene rating. Absolutely disgusting.

    I ordered at :. Order told me delivery time would be :-:. It was late, I didn’t realise until : so gave them the benefit of the doubt and left it another minutes. For context this store is minutes drive away from my house and delivery address. I rang them at : and after attempts ringing out, a woman answered the phone and said Is this -- (my address) so I said yes & she said it’s on the way so I was like right okay. It didn’t arrive by : so I tried ringing again and the phone just rang and rang and rang with no answer. I did this a number of time and not once did I have the phone answered. When the driver arrived he rang me because he couldn’t find the address even though he said he was at the bottom of my road by the road sign so if he had actually gone up the road he probably would’ve found it, with want of trying. I asked why it was late & he basically blamed it on “some big corporations like to make these establishments run with really low staff” - he spoke to me like I was an idiot and patronised me.Honestly. Pizza taking an hour and minutes is a bit ridiculous. I work in hospitality myself so I understand sometimes it can take longer than it should to produce food but normally if you communicate with your customers then you’d probably find that they’re more understand and less likely to write a review like this one because at least you’ve let them know.Will not be ordering from there again & I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does.

    Absolutely terrible experience with this branch today. Driver went rogue, no delivery. Advised they use deliveroo not own drivers. Told me to call deliveroo myself who referred me back to the branch.No customer service number, only an email online with a hour response time.Called back branch and was told they would not fulfil my order that was paid for and not received.Terrible useless infuriating process.Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.Would give zero stars for the zero food if I could
